Publishers and advertisers using the Service agree to comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies, including restrictions on fraudulent, misleading, or harmful traffic and content. AdsLync reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform; reverse engineering or scraping data; interfering with security features; using the Service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes; and infringing the rights of others.

6. Fees and Payments

Where applicable, fees, payment schedules, and payout conditions will be defined in separate agreements or in your account interface. AdsLync may withhold or adjust payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, designs, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by AdsLync or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Data and Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how AdsLync collects, uses, and shares information as described there.

9. Third-Party Services
